Stumbling upon this Swedish Evita cast recording wasn’t, in retrospect, such a great thing after all.
It suddenly occured to me these were the lyrics they used in ÅST, and for the past few minutes I’ve now been almost spitting in rage. There is not a single sneak peek of singing in ÅST’s Evita, the production didn’t have a proper trailer or anything.
ARRGH
Or then again, maybe it’s good I can now go through these feelings with this album. I’m going to see the show in Malmö, for goodness’ sake. Better I’m not suffocating in my negative feelings there.
